I’m gonna write a letter!

Dan hears me say this ALL the time.  Whenever something happens that I don’t like, usually related to my favorite products, I threaten to write a letter.  Typically, it never happens, HOWEVER, recently I did write a “letter” (okay…more like a strongly worded loooong comment on the “contact us” page on a website).

I LOVE to buy Stoneyfield Organic yogurts and for Sophia I get the toddler yogurts.  They’re $2.29 for a four pack at Target, not bad for organic food.  They have a coupon section on their site that has a bunch of coupons, one of them is $1 off and makes her yogurt almost half-price.  (Oh, and if you’re sneaky, like me, and have two e-mails, you can sign up twice and get them twice as often!) 

A couple weeks ago I went to print my coupons and they were gone.  Instead of a page of coupons, there was only ONE for ONE product, a product I don’t even like or buy.  I immediately went to the contact us page and wrote my strongly worded “letter” and then heard nothing.

UNTIL…

…yesterday I got a letter in the mail thanking me for my interest and love for yogurt (cheesy!) with a bunch of coupons.

 

I will say, these coupons are not nearly as good as the ones they previously offered online, and they didn’t address my complaint at all, but getting the coupons in the mail was better than nothing.

I think I may be writing more letters from now on!
