Playdate!

I might be giddy...

Sophia is going to a play-date tonight

without me

because I

am going on my OWN play-date!

Myself and a few other ladies are all stuck at home every Friday night, alone with the kiddos while our hubbies get to go out and play softball together. Then they follow it up with free pizza. EVERY WEEK.

It's seems a BIT unfair, don't you think?

So, we took advantage of the silent auction at church, bid on a babysitter, and won.

And man, did we win. We not only won the babysitter but we also won free time, time with friends, time for OURSELVES, etc.

So, THIS week...we'll not be at home doing kid-duty solo. We will be out, chatting, laughing, and eating something chocolate-y, I'm sure.

I'm seriously BEYOND excited...
